"I was there loyal customer for last 3 years with no claim. Got hit by a car and my car was picked up by other insurance company. When I got a new car, they asked 60$ higher than most of insurance companies I talked with. Additionally when I asked for a refund for my previous car which was picked up 4 months before, they refused although one of their representatives told me they are gonna refund me. They charged me for my previous car on July 23 whereas I got my insurance for my new car on July 20 with a late payment for previous month (saying they have no information). Didn’t expect such a poor service from them."
