"I just signed up with these guys but so far so good. Communication is night and day compared to the last office I went through for insurance. I shopped around and their prices were the best. My insurance had a month lapse which has never happened my whole 15 or so years of driving. My car wasn't working so I was driving my parents car and I couldn't ever get in touch with my old insurance representative. Because of the lapse lots of companies wouldn't even take me.
